I have kind of fallen into a food rut, where sure I am eating different things, but I don't feel like I've tried anything new for awhile. Day nineteen's dinner was Rice Krispies with skim milk, and a chocolate coconut Clif bar, and I feel that I can do better.
Hit the gym after thrift shopping with Josey, and we hammered out 2 ab circuits, and I did 30 minutes on the sitting bicycle, and Josey did the elliptical, with no machines after, which made me feel a bit guilty.
